Refund Policy

This policy applies to all services purchased through Stripe.

For other services purchased via direct deposit (such as coaching or consulting packages), refund policies are as outlined in our contract.

Webinar purchases can be refunded up to 7 days prior to the event. After this time, webinar tickets are non-refundable, but:

  • subject to approval, tickets may be transferred to another attendee upon request;

  • subject to availability, it may be possible to transfer to a different webinar date

These options are not guaranteed, and if they cannot be facilitated, then the standard policy shall apply: webinar purchases will only be refunded up to 7 days prior to the event. After this time, webinar tickets are non-refundable.

If you have purchased a webinar series, it can be refunded up to 7 days prior to the commencement of the series. After this time, the webinar series is non-refundable, but may be transferred to another attendee upon request (subject to approval).

Our digital products and online downloads are non-refundable once purchased, due to their instant and irrevocable delivery nature.
