  • Generally, the fee is tax deductible under coaching, consulting or professional development. Your accountant can advise you about your own circumstances.

  • Yes, as self-directed learning and in line with the context of your practice, particularly as part of a goal-directed learning plan.

  • Yes. Unless it’s required by law or there’s a risk to life or a genuine risk to safety, what we discuss remains between us. Naturally, if you access our services with other midwives, doulas or health professionals, then you will be sharing your business and personal information with those who you have agreed to join with.

  • I offer a free, no-obligation chat where you can tell me what you'd like to achieve and we can run through which service would be best for you. Once we start working together, I’ll be well-placed to provide coaching, advice and consulting.

  • If you book the Practice Savvy or Practice Success coaching package, at the end of each session, we’ll chat about what's next and I’ll email you an updated action plan. What you get out of your package depends on what you put into it. Sessions - and the time in-between - are intended to be manageable and sustainable for you but you can expect that there’ll be some actions to take in between our sessions.

  • For consulting sessions, you’ll come to me with a problem / issue / focus / concern that we will resolve together. If I don’t believe I can help you at all, I will tell you up-front.

    For coaching sessions, the client on-boarding process is carefully designed to ensure that those who successfully onboard are well-positioned to achieve meaningful success through the coaching program.

  • I’m super keen to ensure that everyone I work with achieves the goals or outcomes that they set out to achieve. To book a coaching package, you need to successfully on-board. Coaching success results from a commitment to timely and effective action and our on-boarding process ensures this capacity.

    For consulting sessions, yes, I work with everyone.
